Is Hotelschoolsearch.com Free to join?
Joining hotelschoolsearch.com is absolutely free. All we require is that you complete a simple registration form. By joining hotelschoolsearch.com, we may email you from time to time when other members join with similar course interests or, with course ideas that we think, you will be interested in.
I can't register

How do I change my password?
To change your password you need to firstly log-in with your old password. Then proceed to click on “My Profile”. Once in your profile, you will be able to select the “Edit My Profile”. In the “Edit Profile Menu” you will be able to change your password.

How do I join the Hotelschoolsearch.com Community?
Joining the community is pretty simple.
- Firstly register with hotelschoolsearch.com. You can register here.
- When you register you will be sent an email confirming your details. Keep the confirmation email in a secure place as you might need to refer to it in the future.
You'll immediately be taken to your profile where you can start adding some information about yourself, such as your interests, and the things you would like to do. This information is useful as it will enable you to get in touch with others that have similar interests, allow them to get in touch with you and build up your curriculum vitae (CV). Once you've registered and your email address has been verified you can write reviews of courses and colleges or form groups covering your interests and invite other members to join.
How do I change my personal information?
Simply log on to hotelschoolsearch.com and you will be taken to your profile page. This is where all your details are shown. Click on 'Edit My Profile' section. At the top of this page you can click on any of the sections of your profile you wish to edit.
I just want to email a college, do I have to join the community?
If you email a college then you will need to register but you do not have to join the hotelschoolsearch.com community. But you won't have a profile, and you may not be able to take advantage of the other added benefits the site has to offer, for instance the auto CV generating function.
I didn't receive my registration email
If you didn't receive your registration email then check the junk / spam mail folder in your email - it's possible that it may have been redirected there.
I can't upload my photo
Our system only supports images with the extension jpg, jpeg, gif and png. Please make sure the photo that you are uploading has similar extension.
Where do I report inappropriate comments or content?
If you see some content that you find offensive or inappropriate then please email info@hotelschoolsearch.com with details of the page you were on.
Where do I report spamming?
If you are receiving unwarranted or unwelcome messages then the simplest thing you can do is block the user. However, if this is the case, we'd like to hear about it. Please email us at info@hotelschoolsearch.com.
Where do I set my information to private?
If you would like to make certain details completely private, or available only to your friends, then log on to your profile and change the settings in the drop down next to the relevant question. If you change the setting to 'Private' then no one but you can see this information.

Writing reviews
How do I submit a review?
- You will be asked to register with hotelschoolsearch.com in order to write your review. This is required to ensure the quality and credibility of the reviews posted to our site.
- Search and find the appropriate college, course and internship and click on 'Add Post’ or ‘Add Internship Review'
- You do not have to review a course if you don't want to, you can just review the course provider -
- Fill in the rest of the "Write a review" form.
- If you're happy, click on the "Submit” button at the bottom of the page, else click back and make some changes.
- That's it, your review will be sent live shortly. A message will be shown, indicating that your review has been successfully posted!
Rating your course/college
After you have written a review, you will be able to "rate" the course or college from a selection of radio buttons from "1 to 10" with 1 being poor and 10 being excellent. This rating will be displayed graphically as circles next to each review.
Can I submit a review for a college I can't find on the site?
Unfortunately not, however if you find a college or course that isn't on the site, let us know and we'll put it up there as soon as we can.
When will my review be posted?
Your review will be posted live when you have registered and verified your email. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information on how we post reviews.
Will my review be edited?
No. The comments on the site are those of our users and are unbiased and unaltered. We do of course retain the right take down abusive or offensive material.
Do I need be registered / join the community to write a review?
You will need to be register in the process of writing a review.
How long do my reviews stay on the site for?
We do not remove reviews based on the length of time they've been there.
Can I comment on other people's reviews?
Yes, we welcome this. If you want to comment on someone else's review, or if you are a course provider and you disagree on what someone has written, then click the "Reply to this review" and you will be taken to a screen that allows you to submit your comment.
